TODOS SANTOS - Amigos de los Animales March Animal Clinic

March Animal Clinic At The Canada Del Diablo. - Many, many thanks to all of the volunteers who assisted at the March spay and neuter clinic! There are too many to list, but you know who you are! Special thanks go to the vets and techs who gave their time to help reduce our animal population, Drs. Scott, John, and Gabriel. ( Dr. Franzoni was not able to attend due to an injury.) Also a huge thank you to Barb Perkins and Pedro who not only assisted the vets but also donated the space at La Canada del Diablo. There were 92 dogs and cats spayed/neutered in three days and five homeless dogs found homes here in Todos Santos with volunteers who met them at the clinic.

Three members of the Board of Trustees of FAAS (Friends of the Aspen Animal Shelter) also attended he clinic and offered their assistance. Thanks to their generosity, 11 homeless puppies and four adult dogs went to the Aspen, Colorado animal shelter where they will be placed in new homes. They just did to want to see these dogs turned back to the beach or streets. Last but not least, a huge thank you to David Red Buffalo who took on the major task of driving the dogs to Aspen (An almost four day ride!).
