by Stockton Hill

Cooking a whole pig yourself is not for everyone; it takes a lot of work, time, money and planning. However, nowhere in Baja will you find it done better nor with more experience. The glazed, golden skin is beautiful and delicious. The sight of a whole pig roasting over a fire pit is unforgettable and creates an air of celebration and good times. This is truly a feast for all your senses! Make the “Saturday Night Pig Roast” an amazing summer celebration you will remember for years.

The historic Hotel Serenidad is located in Mulegé, Baja California Sur, Mexico, approximately 620 miles south of the border at San Diego.
