SAN FELIPE - Lions Club Jail House Fundraiser

Look out future jailbirds, and you know who you are! The San Felipe Lions Club is going to hunt you down on December 8, 2010 from 10:30am to 4:30pm, and put you in jail on the corner at Fat Boys downtown. We will be making arrests for serious crimes like: burning the bacon, mowing the lawn too early, and running red lights. The arrest forms are available at any Lions Club meeting, Los Arcos restaurant, and Fat Boys for only $100 pesos. And on these arrest forms you can finally get some real justice by having your friends, neighbors, boss, or spouses picked up by the Lion law for some hard time in jail.

Those newly arrested jailbirds will get to plead their case before the judge. The usual fine is $100 pesos and the sentence is a hard time 15 minutes behind bars. All prisoners will be wearing prison stripes, and given only a magic marker and a tin cup to raise their fine. If we let you out, you can send your complaints to City Hall!

All in good fun, and the proceeds from this B.C. Lions Club fundraising event goes directly to our vision program and funds vision examination clinics.
